Frequently asked questions

Orders

How can I place an order?
add
All items are handmade upon order and the jewellery collections you see on our website only act as an overview of the different styles we offer. Each jewellery item has a unique reference code on its product page. Please note it down and add it to the order form if you would like to place an order. Some items also require you to take measurements for sizing. Once you submit the order form you will hear back from us within 1-2 working days with an order confirmation email that includes information about production timings, payment details and shipping.
For which items do you need my measurements?
add
To achieve a perfect fit, we will need measurements for all rings and bracelets. If you don't have access to professional measuring equipment please use a piece for of string instead. Simply place it around your finger or wrist and mark the point where it full wraps around. Then place the string alongside a measuring tape or rule and note down the length in millimetres.
I've submitted the order form, what happens next?
add
Once you submit the order form you will hear back from us within 1-2 working days with an order confirmation email that includes information about production timings, payment details and shipping. We will start to make your order once we've received payment. Please allow several weeks for the production because each item is handmade. Typically our jewellery items take between 15-20 days to make, but we will specify exact production timings in the order confirmation email. Don't worry, we will keep you updated on the progress: you will receive an email when we start production and another email when your items have been shipped.
Which payment methods do you accept?
add
We currently accept PayPal and bank transfers from Eurobank. Our payment details will be shared with you in the order confirmation email.
Can I cancel/make changes to my order once I place it?
add
Each piece of jewellery is custom-made for you, therefore you can't cancel your order once we've started production. If you need to change personal details, like your shipping address feel free to get in touch with us via our contact form.

How can I track my order?
add

Customisation

Can I add a custom engraving to my items?
add
Yes, it's possible to add a custom engraving to our jewellery items. Simply add your wishes to the "Special Request" field of the order form. Please be realistic about the available space for engraving (for example rings have very little free space). The cost of engraving will depend on the length and complexity of your request - we will let you know the additional cost in the order confirmation email.
I would like to commission a completely custom piece of jewellery. How can I do that?
add
Absolutely, please use the contact form to share your ideas with us and we will do our best to create completely custom pieces of jewellery for you!

Jewellery Items

Where is your jewellery produced?
add
All our jewellery is handmade and produced in a studio in Athens by a single artist. She has many years of experience in jewellery production and collaborates with other specialist craftsmen to create truly unique jewellery collections. The artist has decades of experience in Greece and Italy supporting various art movements including abstract expressionism, impressionism, romanticism, and byzantine art.
What materials do you use to make your jewellery?
add
All of our jewellery items are made of Platinum plated silver 925° and either Labradorite semi-precious stones or pearls. For new collections we choose elegant, timeless materials.
How can I ensure my jewellery items stay beautiful for longer?
add
All or jewellery items are coated with Platinum, which adds a protective layer and ensures that jewellery is both tarnish-resistant and durable. Platinum also has a bright white sheen that makes silver even more beautiful. To ensure your jewellery stays beautiful for longer, clean it regularly with jewellery cleaner specially formulated for gold and platinum jewellery or a solution of mild soap and warm water.
