You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the KB Jewellery intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.

KB Jewellery reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through email. This Agreement is an understanding between Kate Balomenou and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
All orders are shipped out of our workshop in Athens, Greece. Prices and invoices include the current official Greek VAT (Value Added Tax) and are denominated in Euros. KB Jewellery will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
All our jewellery is custom-made upon order, so once production has started it is not possible to cancel or change an order.

Due to the custom-made nature of our jewellery, Cash on Delivery is not an accepted payment method.
All KB Jewellery products are handmade, and typically take 15-20 days to be produced. As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with the details as well as your tracking number.
Shipping within Greece costs 5€. Shipping within Europe costs 20€. Please allow approximately 3-5 days delivery time.
Customers out of the EU are responsible for their country's taxes and import duties.
Each piece of jewellery is custom-made for you, therefore it is not possible to return your order. Our jewellery is made with the outmost care and is only being shipped if it's flawless. However, in rare occasions items can get damaged during transport. If you discover any problems with your items, please contact us to discuss replacement options.
All of our products are handmade. Since KB Jewellery products are handmade, variations in shape or colour can be possible. The product photos have been taken by a professional photographer in order to be as accurate as possible, but they cannot ensure a complete similarity with the item shown.
